WHAT’S YOUR ONLINE RETURN POLICY?
At A’legions Elite Menswear we operate a no-fuss returns policy, however, we need you to return your goods within 28 days of receipt. When we receive the product back we will refund you the amount paid, so long as the product is returned in it’s original condition (with tags etc.)
After this period, until the first anniversary of your order arriving, you can still return anything that does not meet the standards you expect from A’legions (products that have been mauled by pets, drawn on by nephews, worn whilst doing the gardening and so forth, don’t qualify). So basically, if you’re not happy with the quality of our product, we will give you an exchange or credit note for the amount paid for the item (subject to Customer Service/Quality Control decision). Anyone repeatedly trying to do this will be spotted, and a dim view will be taken, probably resulting in us parting company.

During our SALE, we continue to operate a no-fuss returns policy, however, we need you to return your goods within 14 days of receipt instead. When we receive the product back we will then refund you the amount paid, so long as the product is returned in it’s original condition (with tags etc.)
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T LIKE THE ITEM OR IT DOESN’T FIT?
Contact us first but not a problem! Just send the item back to us following any instructions agreed with us and we will give you a full refund.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURNS/REFUNDS?
We try to process returns as quickly as possible, but refunds can take up to 10 days in busy periods.

For full price purchases made between November 11th 2016 and December 21st 2016, we will offer an extended refund policy enabling you to return unwanted gifts for a full refund up until January 6th 2016. To take advantage of our extended returns policy, we simply need you to return your goods in their original condition (with tags etc.)
